# HANNA HANDOFF - PROSPER VAULT KB ACCESS FOR FABLE 5 Owner: Hanna Tool: Fable 5 Assigned by: Craig via Sam/Codex Date: 2026-06-11 ## Mission Use Fable 5 to access the approved private Prosper Vault as a knowledge base. Resolve its location from the private fleet directive or Hanna/Sam, never from this public handoff. This is not just a folder of notes. Treat it as the private Prosper company brain: business context, operating rules, people/team references, AI fleet memory, tech-stack references, active projects, and runnable workspace assets. When working on the Prosper unified website / command hub, Fable 5 should query and use this vault as the source-of-truth knowledge base before inventing copy, IA, labels, portal groupings, team explanations, or operational language. ## Access Pattern 1. Open the vault through Fable 5. 2. Start with `00-Index/MEMORY.md`. 3. Use the index to route into the exact domain folder. 4. Pull only the relevant source files into the working context. 5. Treat `credentials/`, people records, redlines, and GHL/team routing as sensitive. Use their meaning and structure, but do not dump credential values or private personal details into public pages. ## What The Vault Contains - `00-Index` - master memory index, tasks, recent snapshots, invoices/device exports. - `10-Memory` - durable rules, feedback, credential sweep notes, Hanna/proprietary AI references. - `20-Business` - Prosper company docs, plan of action, operating idea, portfolio system, static Prosper OS site files. - `30-People` - Craig profile, human team directory, GHL team snapshot, role/contact references. - `40-Operations` - hard rules, hierarchy, identity integrity, Layered Doctrine docs, operating flow, T9 structure, restore rules, credential/tool references. - `50-Tech` - AI fleet docs, Hanna system references, Netlify site registry, tech stack, Brain OTP pipeline, T9 drive map, Hanna transcript backup. - `60-Projects` - active strategic projects: geographic expansion, in-house installs, Hanna self-learning, JJ dispute, solar market thesis. - `agents` - Hanna/Kaley operational folders, activity summaries, AGENTS/CLAUDE instructions, skills lock files, runbooks. - `credentials` - credential audit/reconcile notes; do not expose secrets. - `docs` - ASR notes, daily-sync/persona protocols, superpowers planning docs. - `leadstrike` - runnable Netlify Functions app for Prosper LeadStrike speed-to-lead and Rep Brain SMS interface. - `telnyx-monitor` - runnable React/Vite/Supabase dashboard for Telnyx monitoring. - `Network` and `Redlines` - network PDFs, redline records, agreement/confidentiality material. - `.obsidian`, `.github`, `.git` - Obsidian config, private GitHub workflow, local repo state. ## Size And Shape The vault has about 23k files including dependencies. The markdown knowledge base is much smaller; the file count is mostly app dependencies/build folders and Hanna transcript backups. Largest areas: - `telnyx-monitor` - about 1.1G - `leadstrike` - about 1.1G - `50-Tech` - about 272M, mostly Hanna transcript backup material - `agents` and `Redlines` - about 13M each ## Private Source Rule The vault is private. Resolve its location, repository, branch, and current state through approved private fleet systems. Do not place those details in a public handoff or public site. ## How Hanna Should Use It For Fable 5 Use the vault to build the Prosper unified hub as a real operational front door, not a generic marketing landing page. Practical usage: - Use `20-Business` for company positioning and source-of-truth language. - Use `30-People` for team/role model and routing, but sanitize public output. - Use `40-Operations` for rules, hierarchy, operating flow, and what must not be broken. - Use `50-Tech` for AI fleet, live site registry, stack, and command surfaces. - Use `60-Projects` for current strategic lanes and market thesis. - Use `leadstrike` and `telnyx-monitor` as examples of real runnable Prosper utility. Hard rule: Fable 5 should access this as a knowledge base, not as random pasted context. Query/index the vault, follow links from `00-Index/MEMORY.md`, and keep the result grounded in Prosper's actual operating structure.
